Q. When will I receive my order? A. We process orders during normal business hours daily except on weekends. Upon shipping tracking information will be available. We use USPS for most orders, allow customary times for shipping.
Q. I don’t see where my card was charged yet, did you get my order? A. We do not charge your card until stock is verified and your order is ready for shipping. If the card is declined, we will contact you.
Q. I love your products, can I resell them? Due to chain of custody issues, our proprietary formulations (Our Brand-Smoky Mountain Organics), may not be resold at a profit without explicit permission. If you wish to purchase in bulk quantities, contact us.
Q. I saw a product in your store, but not online, can I purchase it? Heck yes! Call us! If its in stock at one of our stores we will get it to you. Personal service is our specialty.
